Meringue Cookies


INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

COOK TIME
35 minutes in a 275 deg. oven
Let cool in oven with door closed 

RESULTS
I think I made them to big. They came out kind of chewy. 
Next time I need to make them smaller or cook them longer.
Also, they came out hollow.
